Rehabilitation Therapist - Home Care Role

The role of this rehabilitation therapist is to deliver high-quality, short-term services in patients' homes, focusing on their recovery and optimal outcomes.

As a skilled physiotherapist, you will work closely with our care team and administration staff, using both in-person and virtual platforms to provide tailored, evidence-based physiotherapy services.

Daily Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality evidence-based physiotherapy services across various community programs.
  • Communicate assessment and treatment outcomes to nursing, medical, and Allied Health staff.
  • Organise and implement training sessions for staff, physiotherapy assistants, students, and volunteers.
  • Guide administrative tasks and support workload prioritisation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent experience in and knowledge of physiotherapy management in acute or subacute healthcare settings.
  • Current registration with AHPRA, a physiotherapy degree, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • A commitment to excellence, empowering all team members to be active participants.
  • Supporting collaborative teamwork and developing innovative care models.
