Home Care Physiotherapist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate physiotherapist to join our team in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their homes.

  • About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, and providing hands-on therapy and exercise guidance to clients.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client assessments to evaluate physical condition and needs
Develop and implement customized treatment plans focused on improving mobility, strength, and functionProvide one-on-one care and education to clients and their familiesMonitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessaryRequirements:Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institutionAHPRA RegistrationCurrent and valid Physiotherapist license in the state of New South WalesProven experience in providing physiotherapy services, preferably in a home care or community settingStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients and their familiesPreferred Skills:Experience working with aged and persons with a disability
