We are seeking a motivated and skilled physiotherapist to join our team in Sydney's Inner West and surrounding areas. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs.

This role focuses on reablement and restorative care, helping older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.

  • You will work with a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • Demonstrated ability to assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the community
Your Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registration
  • Post graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settings
  • Comprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care models
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated computer literacy
  • Alignment with BaptistCare's values and mission
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance
