Field Delivery Team Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Field Delivery Team Supervisor to oversee the delivery of telecommunications services in Perth, WA. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing allocated field delivery teams and contractors to deliver works programs.

  • Supporting the workforce and the Facilities & Network Services Projects team in managing construction activities.
  • Deliver in accordance with the requirements of the contract as defined by each Statement of Work.

About the Role:

The Key Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Lead and manage allocated field delivery teams and contractors to deliver the works program(s).
  • Develop and maintain a close working relationship with designated client representatives via regular formal meetings.
  • Propose and recommend options for upgrading facilities within the designated area to improve network integrity and assess the feasibility of such options.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

  • A strong background in telecommunication power and project management.
  • Significant field-based experience in telecommunications.
  • At least 5 years of facility or engineering management or building services experience.
