Field Service Supervisor – Kenwick, WA

The Role

Reporting to the Field Service Manager, the key focus of this role is to manage people and processes to achieve a profitable field service result for Sandvik, ensuring the best customer service in the industry.

This position oversees all technicians involved in field service, liaises with internal and external stakeholders, and manages warranty claim processing.

This is a full-time, permanent role operating on an 8 days on, 6 days off roster, working back-to-back with another Field Service Supervisor. It is based at our Workshop in Kenwick.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and utilize labor and resources effectively.
  • Supervise and direct team members.
  • Coordinate daily activities of field service technicians.
  • Process warranty claims.
  • Develop and train personnel.
  • Communicate clearly and collaborate across business lines to provide consistent service.
  • Conduct customer liaison and site visits.
Candidate Profile
  • Supervisory experience in a mechanical workshop environment.
  • Trade qualifications in a mechanical discipline (minimum 5 years post-trade experience).
  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Business (Front Line Management) is advantageous.
  • Strong EHS culture with a drive to meet company targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to pass medical, reference, police, and drug tests.
