About the Role

We seek a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our road maintenance team as a Ganger (Leading Hand). Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing guidance and support to a small team to ensure successful delivery of road maintenance and vegetation management programs.
  • Performing labouring duties associated with vegetation management, including trimming tree branches and operating spray truck equipment.
  • Motivating and supervising a team to achieve high-quality results.
  • Communicating effectively with the community in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrating digital literacy with experience in computer and device applications.
