Job Overview

The Early Childhood Teacher will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that cater to each child's unique needs and interests. As a passionate educator, you will possess a strong understanding of child development theories and be skilled in observing and assessing children's progress.

Responsibilities
  • Program Implementation: Develop and implement a Kindergarten program that fosters a love for learning and promotes social, emotional, and cognitive growth in children.
  • Curriculum Design: Create and deliver curriculum materials that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and the National Quality Framework (NQF).
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood or equivalent (recognized by ACECQA as an early childhood teaching qualification) or a Bachelor of Primary Teaching with an approved diploma-level qualification.
  • Experience in implementing and delivering a Kindergarten program, showcasing your ability to design and execute engaging learning experiences.
  • Knowledge of the National Quality Framework and Standards (NQF and NQS), ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • First Aid, CPR, and Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification, demonstrating your commitment to child safety and well-being.
  • A Paid Blue Card or Exemption Card, meeting the necessary clearance requirements.
