Service Advisor Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing customer bookings, generating quotes, preparing repair orders and invoices, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer bookings and service enquiries
  • Generate accurate quotes for repairs and maintenance
  • Prepare and submit repair orders and invoices in a timely manner
  • Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues and other stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Service Advisor, preferably in European model vehicles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proactive and organized approach to work
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Proficient computer skills and experience with automotive software
  • A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
