Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be proactive and able to work unsupervised.

As a Service Advisor you will be responsible for managing customer bookings and service enquiries, generating quotes and preparing RO's and invoices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage customer booking and service enquiries
  • Generate quotes
  • Prepare RO's and invoices
  • Manage and communicate with all relevant parties
  • Provide exceptional Customer Service

To succeed in this role you will need to have previous experience as a service advisor, preferably with European model vehicles.

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a service advisor - preferably European model vehicles

- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

- Work unsupervised

- Proactive work ethic

- Exceptional personal presentation

- Proficient computer skills

- Team player, motivated, organised

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday
