Lead Bar Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Lead Bar Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our bar.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the smooth day-to-day running of the bar, ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive atmosphere
  • Roster and manage staff to meet business needs
  • Ensure accurate ordering and inventory management
  • Motivate and train staff to deliver outstanding results
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures, including till reconciliation
  • Assist with financial reporting and analysis
  • Liaise with events teams to ensure seamless functions

Requirements:

  • Responsible Service of Alcohol NSW certification
  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar role
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with strong decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends
