We are seeking an exceptional Bar Supervisor to lead our talented bar team and support the Bar Manager in delivering exceptional customer service, crafting innovative cocktails, and curating a signature bar menu.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless and consistent bar service experience for discerning guests.
  • Collaborate with the Bar Manager to update and innovate our beverage lists regularly.
  • Lead and mentor staff, fostering ongoing performance and development.

Requirements:

  • Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Current RSA Certificate.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in bars/restaurants, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in beverage knowledge, including cocktails.
  • Professional demeanor and ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Strong team leadership skills and attention to detail.
  • Impeccable grooming standards.

Preferred Requirements:

  • Formal hospitality qualifications.
  • Italian language skills (optional bonus).
