Job Title: Sydney Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced operations manager to join our team in Sydney, Australia.

  • This is a key role within our External Fulfillment program, responsible for shaping the future of our operations in this region.
  • Key responsibilities include contributing to and leading expansion projects to support business growth and selection, as well as scoping, developing, and implementing end-to-end technical/business solutions for new nodes.
  • You will be responsible for owning the performance of these nodes and ensuring the success of sellers onboarded into our programs.
  • Additionally, you will work closely with our transportation team to identify opportunities to launch new carriers and manage carrier relationships.
  • You will contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong communication skills are essential to ensure smooth information flow across teams.
  • You will possess a combination of practical and intellectual skills with an ability to adapt to complex analyses and hands-on project management.
  • A strong focus on quantitative data analysis with experience working with large datasets is also required.
About the Team:

The External Fulfillment team is dedicated to providing exceptional service to our sellers and customers. We are a collaborative and innovative group committed to driving growth and enhancing the customer experience.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Experience working with large datasets and a strong understanding of quantitative data analysis techniques are also highly valued.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to and lead expansion projects to support business growth and selection.
