Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking a Centre Director to lead our team and inspire educational excellence at our newly built centre in Melton West.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and Child Safety Standards.

A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, the successful candidate will build strong relationships with parents, families, educators, and the local community.

The Centre Director will be responsible for mentoring and coaching a team of educators, ensuring operational practice and values-driven behaviour.

They will contribute to a child-safe environment, ensuring standards are met daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement high-quality programs that cater to children of all ages
  • Mentor and coach a team of educators to ensure operational practice and values-driven behaviour
  • Build strong relationships with parents, families, educators, and the local community
  • Contribute to a child-safe environment by ensuring standards are met daily

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification
  • Current Working with Children Check/VIT and National Police Check
  • Food Safety Supervisor certification
  • Current Level 2 First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma certificates
  • Experience with Xplor App and Playground
