**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Leadership and Academic Excellence**: Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme, promoting academic excellence and student achievement.
  • **Wellbeing and Student Support**: Lead the College's wellbeing program, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social wellbeing of students, and providing support to students and families as needed.
  • **Staff Leadership and Development**: Lead and manage a team of classroom teachers and education support assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest standards of teaching and learning.
  • **Campus Operations**: Oversee the daily operation of the Junior School, including the organization and administration of school events, programs, and activities.
