About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our production team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our stores are stocked with high-quality donated items.

The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing donations from charity partners, preparing them for sale on our retail floor. A typical day will involve receiving and sorting donations, pricing, grading, and hanging product for sale, working with colleagues to meet daily production targets, and supporting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements:
  • Flexible part-time availability (Monday to Friday)
  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as retail or production
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • A customer-focused approach and a passion for delivering exceptional service
