Career Development Specialist

As an Education Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and implementation of educational programs for students. Key aspects of this role include working collaboratively with teachers to deliver high-quality education services.
Key Responsibilities:- Support teaching staff with the delivery of planned education programs, ensuring the operation of digital technologies is seamless.
- Develop and implement individual or small group programs to cater to diverse student needs.
- Ensure the maintenance and upkeep of equipment, materials, and resources to provide quality learning environments.
- Supervise students during all activities and respond to minor illnesses and/or injuries promptly.
- Be eligible to work in Australia as an Australian or New Zealand citizen, permanent resident, or hold a valid visa with relevant work rights.
- Obtain a current Working With Children Check before commencing employment.
- Consent to a Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check and obtain a Screening Clearance Number issued by the relevant authorities.
