Job Title: Operations Support Coordinator

This role is a key component of the Matrix Operations team, working closely with the Resourcing Manager and Chief Engineering Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Effectively manage resource allocations across multiple programs and collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment efforts.
  • Oversight of onboarding/offboarding processes, seating allocations, and training coordination at Leidos and customer sites.
  • Organisation of internal events, stakeholder communications, and contribution to leadership meeting outcomes.
  • Timely tracking, planning, and submission of contractor extensions to maintain continuity and compliance.
  • Maintenance of program documentation, registers, and templates in line with internal standards.
Requirements:
  • Experience in project coordination, operations, or administrative support.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with a proactive and collaborative approach.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced environment with exposure to IT, Defence, or Federal Government settings.
