About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our data analytics efforts. As an Officer in Charge (OIC) of Electronic Surveillance Analysis Teams, you will be responsible for providing technical direction, management, coordination, and governance to our data analytics and AI/ML services.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Coordinating and delivering analytical capability resources to our organization and its partner agencies
  • Enhancing data management practices, including data modeling, data governance, data security, data architecture, data lifecycle management, data catalogs, and data analytics skills
  • Representing our organization at external and internal forums to raise the profile and value of our data and associated analytics capabilities
  • Developing team leaders, technical specialists, and/or team members, and fulfilling a guiding, mentoring, and technical advisory and planning role
  • Leading research and innovation projects in collaboration with internal and external professionals
