The RoleWe're seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team. As an OT with TADWA, you'll work closely with customers to develop and implement individualised plans that promote independence, safety, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-home assessments to identify customer needs and develop tailored recommendations;
- Collaborate with customers and carers to establish goals and intervention plans;
- Develop and implement assistive technology solutions and home modifications to enhance customer independence;
- Educate customers and families on intervention implementation and goal achievement;
- Evaluate services and outcomes to ensure customer needs are met;
- Work closely with other Business Units to deliver customer-centric services.
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy;
- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Current Working with Children's Check (WA);
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or the ability to obtain;
- Valid Australian Driver's Licence;
- Exceptional report writing skills;
- Strong time management and goal setting skills;
- A positive, solutions-focused outlook;
- Ability to engage with a multidisciplinary team;
- Highly motivated and able to demonstrate initiative;
- Expert organisational skills and ability to coordinate multiple activities.
