**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the review and management of death claim distributions through case management to payment.

  • Manage death claim distributions through case management to payment
  • Act as a primary point of contact for claimants, ensuring they have all necessary information and are well-informed about the claim process and progress
  • Maintain queues under case management, ensuring all outstanding work items are acted on within service standards
  • Ensure workflow is maintained at a high standard
  • Identify insurance benefits that members may be eligible for and manage relationships with insurers and other third parties to facilitate successful assessments of relevant insurance claims
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong empathy skills when interacting with claimants
  • Strong problem-solving and solution outcome skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and pride in performance
  • Relevant experience in a similar role (administrator or superannuation insurance preferred)
