Job Opportunity

We offer a stable and well-resourced environment for ambitious construction professionals to take ownership of high-end projects from conception to completion. Working closely with consultants, you'll ensure seamless design delivery, prevent clashes in Building Information Modelling (BIM), and oversee execution both digitally and on-site (1–2 site visits per week).

To excel in this role, you will require proven experience as a Design Manager, preferably within the high-end multi-residential, commercial, or industrial sectors. You should be a Registered Architect with the ability to independently lead and coordinate all design aspects. In-depth knowledge of legislation, Building Code of Australia (BCA) requirements, Construction Act, and National Construction Code (NCC) is essential. A solid understanding of structural engineering principles and BIM systems is also necessary. Additionally, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders across all stages of design are crucial.
