About the Role:

  • Taking inbound enquiries via phone and online channels, handling and resolving customer requests and complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Identifying and converting new product opportunities that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Enhancing customer relationships through meaningful conversations and methodically solving any issues that arise.
  • Working within policy and industry guidelines to structure and process loans and other products accordingly and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve goals and contribute to project work, driving business outcomes and growth.

About You:

  • A genuine passion for helping others and delivering outstanding service outcomes that drive customer satisfaction.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Consumer lending experience is advantageous, but not essential – what's most important is a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in sales and customer service environments, with a proven track record of success and a desire to continue growing and developing.
  • The ability to have conversations that identify customer needs and assist them with solutions, using your problem-solving skills and creativity to deliver exceptional results.
  • Good organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities, with a focus on efficiency and effectiveness.
  • A desire to show initiative, take ownership of problems, and achieve win-win outcomes that benefit both customers and the business.
  • Proficiency in using computers and apps with fast and accurate keyboard skills, including proficiency in software applications relevant to the role.

Our contact centre operates from Monday to Friday 8:00am-8:00pm and optional Saturday 9:00am-4:00pm, requiring employees to work on a rostered basis to cover these hours and provide excellent service to customers.
