Operations Accounts Officer Job Description

This role is pivotal in our team, responsible for the coordination of all accounts-related duties to ensure continuity in our ever-evolving environment. The Operations Accounts Officer will need strong interpersonal skills and have the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payables and receivables
  • Banks accounts reconciliation
  • Expense reports and reviews
  • Budget updates presented to the team
  • Company insurance reviews
  • Client invoicing, statements, and debtors
  • Cash flow management and credit card management
  • Client credit account application processing
  • FBT preparation for Accountant
  • Assisting external bookkeeper and accountants as required

About The Role

We are seeking a positive and energetic Operations Accounts Officer to join our growing operations team. Reporting to the Operations Team Leader and working with the Leadership Team, the candidate will have exposure to a large number of technologies and products.
