We are a leading renewable energy and waste infrastructure investor, developer and operator with a successful track record of investing in over 200 renewable and clean energy projects across the Asia-Pacific region.

With offices in Australia, Singapore, Japan and Korea, we focus on investing, developing, constructing and operating primary and hybrid renewable energy (Utility Scale BESS, Wind Power), transmission and waste infrastructure assets in Australia, Japan and South Korea.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform in-depth research, analysis and present: Fundamentals/overview of potential investments
  • Conduct general industry research to assist in the identification of opportunities
  • Evaluate risks and develop mitigations for potential investments
  • Support deal execution including financial analysis, due diligence, documentation and financing
  • Support asset management functions including regular asset reporting to key stakeholders
  • Provide support to key functions and other ad-hoc tasks in the Melbourne office, including supporting senior professionals as required
Preferred Attributes
  • Financial modelling skills are highly valued
  • Transaction experience in evaluating and undertaking due diligence for new investment opportunities is advantageous
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential
  • Strong academic qualifications in mathematics, engineering, finance or accountancy are required
  • Proficiency in Excel is necessary
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Word is also essential
  • Independent critical thinking with strong analytical ability is crucial
  • Exceptional attention to detail is necessary
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure is required
  • Exceptional presentation, interpersonal and leadership skills, and the ability to confidently interact with senior management, investors and peers are essential
