  • Responsible for the complete project delivery of Ready for Service (RFS) for each lease site location
  • Responsible to manage and ensure that the lease provider is complying and delivering the project per client's lease agreement contract
  • Serve as an advocate for managing a safe worksite
  • Manage the deliveries of projects from lease execution through RFS
  • Managing the design process to achieve the client's requirements and manage expectations
  • Ensure the delivery of projects, this position aligns team objectives, business processes, vendor management strategies, and cross-group collaboration efforts with the Data Center Development Project Strategy
  • Drive deployment of solutions that can be socialized globally across projects
  • Facilitate decision-making to drive solutions, schedules, and manage change as required
  • Coordinate meetings and activities of external stakeholders and attend scheduled owner/architect/contractor and other project meetings, and report as necessary
  • Report progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly, or as required
  • Bring strong communication, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills
  • Track lessons learned and identify improvements to share across groups
  • Coordinate approvals and route to all stakeholders and regional approvers
  • Ensure lease provider's compliance to lease agreement contract
