Investment Relationship Manager

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage investment relationships, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to identify suitable investment strategies and nurturing leads and customer relationships for ongoing retention.
About You:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on lead conversion
- Strong background in the financial services sector is advantageous
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A proven track record of meeting targets on a regular basis
- High-level computer literacy skills
- Experience using CRMs and other systems, including Hubspot and Stripe
- Experience in account management and project management is highly desirable
About the Role:
- Conduct outbound phone calls to identify suitable investment strategies for clients
- Identify opportunities for new acquisitions where necessary
- Nurture leads and customer relationships for ongoing retention
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Collaborate with industry partners to ensure seamless client experiences
