About Our Work

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as an Environmental Services Assistant.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality environmental cleaning services across various areas of the hospital. Key responsibilities include:

  • Cleaning floors, surfaces, and amenities
  • Segregating and removing waste
  • Transporting linen to the main loading dock
  • Cleaning consulting suites, public, and clinical areas
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent verbal and written communication skills, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and the ability to work effectively as part of a cohesive team. Additionally, you will need:

  • Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • A certificate in Cleaning Services (desirable)
  • Excellent physical abilities, including lifting, carrying, and manual handling
  • A high standard of experience in customer service and cleaning in a healthcare environment
  • Basic to intermediate computer/digital skills
