The Role We are seeking a Cleaning & Environmental Services Supervisor to join our Property Services team at Crown Melbourne.
Reporting to the Head of Property Operations, you will supervise cleaning contractors to maintain high standards of property presentation across the complex.
Your responsibilities include auditing, ensuring compliance, managing contractor performance, driving sustainability initiatives, and overseeing waste management standards.
This role is key to ensuring Crown's facilities are clean, safe, and environmentally responsible.
Main Responsibilities Conduct and oversee audits to meet monthly targets Manage contractor performance and compliance documentation Monitor and order consumables in collaboration with contractors Oversee the Hard Flooring Program and maintain schedules Monitor waste disposal and diversion rates, address contamination issues Liaise with internal departments and external contractors to uphold service standards Support budget planning and contract negotiations Promote health, safety, and environmental compliance across operations About You Extensive experience in customer service and operational cleaning management Ability to work full-time across a 7-day rotation, between 6am-1am (8-hour shifts)Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills Advanced leadership and team-building abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and proactive leadership style What We Offer Attractive annual salary package plus bonus incentive plan Complimentary onsite meals, discounted parking, and discounts at restaurants and hotels Application Details Applications Close: Sunday, 31 August 2025 What We Provide In addition to exciting career opportunities, we offer diverse experiences and learning.
