About the Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join our dynamic City Life team.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is highly organised, has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and can maintain confidentiality.
The successful candidate will provide high-level executive support to the Manager City Life, including diary management, meeting coordination, and preparation of reports and correspondence.
The role requires someone who is able to prioritise tasks, manage multiple projects, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide high-level executive support to the Manager City Life
• Manage the Manager's diary and coordinate meetings and appointments
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as required
• Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry and record-keeping
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders, including staff, councillors, and external parties
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the City Life team's goals and objectives
Requirements
• Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 4 years' experience in a Personal Assistant or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Highly organised and able to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in local government or a similar environment
• Technical competence in using CM and Technology One systems
• Experience in project coordination and event management
