Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing accounts receivable and payable, month-end reconciliation and reporting, and preparing administration and financial reports for management.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable, strong written and verbal communication skills, advanced Excel skills, accurate data entry and administration skills, and the ability to work independently.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts receivable and payable
  • Month-end reconciliation and reporting
  • Prepare administration and financial reports for management
  • Manage aging debtors to ensure invoices are paid within an appropriate timeframe

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in both accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Accurate data entry and administration skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Cert II or higher in accounting and bookkeeping (desirable)
