Senior Retail Leader

A high-performing retail leader is required to manage a team and drive sales in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in a high-volume retail setting, with a strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales performance through effective leadership and coaching of the team
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and oversee stock levels to ensure operational excellence
  • Manage rosters and wage costs to meet company targets and operational needs
  • Cultivate a positive work environment that promotes high morale and succession planning

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Strong leadership qualities with a focus on employee development and engagement
