We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team in Bunbury, WA. The primary responsibilities include receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Receiving incoming goods and checking for damage and discrepancies
- Labeling goods accurately for storage
- Putting away stock into correct locations
- Operating machinery for receiving, picking, packing, and dispatching goods
- Using assigned technology for daily warehouse tasks
- Picking orders accurately and timely to meet customer requirements
- Assisting with stock-takes and inventory initiatives
- Participating in training initiatives
- Assisting with dispatch at the trade counter and occasionally in customer service
- Maintaining general housekeeping in the warehouse
To be successful in the role:
- Warehouse experience, RF picking experience (desirable)
- Basic numeracy, verbal, and literacy skills; managing complaints; managing time and priorities; negotiating win/win outcomes; technology management
- Effective communication, reliability, flexibility, quality focus
- Licences/Accreditations: LF Licence
