- In partnership with the Divisional Sales Manager and Human Resource identify and resolve any potential performance issues and policy violations.
- Utilise your brilliance across your divisions of responsibility (talent, brand, operations, and customer experience), guaranteeing the timely implementation of visual merchandising directives, efficient operational processes, and continuous talent growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- You will lead a high-performing store team, driving sales growth and exceeding customer expectations.

- You will continuously develop your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

- You will maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences, using this insight to inform product offerings and promotions.
Requirements
- You must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Store Manager in a high-performance retail environment.
- You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
- You should have a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- You should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
- You should be a natural leader, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- You should be highly organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
