Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Retail Operations Expert

We are seeking a highly capable leader to join our team in the beautiful city of Rockhampton. As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational running of our store.

You will report to the Store Manager and be their biggest support, ensuring the commercial success of the store. Your responsibilities will include managing stock control, store procedures, organizing teams around the store to optimize sales, managing store security, team rotas, and tracking the team's sales performance.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the day-to-day operational running of the store
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving commercial targets
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional customer service standards
  • Manage stock control, store procedures, and organizational processes
