ERP Systems Engineer

We're seeking an experienced engineer to deliver enhancements and support across our ERP applications.

  • To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of ERP domains including Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, and Fixed Assets.
  • You will work end-to-end from capturing business needs and designing solutions to configuring, testing, and deploying changes.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with ERP applications in manufacturing, distribution, or trading environments. They will also have a high degree of technical aptitude and business acumen, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Systems/Software Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years' experience working with ERP applications in manufacturing, distribution, or trading environments.
  • Strong functional understanding of ERP domains (Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, Inventory, Sales, Purchasing, Fixed Assets, etc.).
  • Proven experience with software delivery practices (Agile/Waterfall), from requirements through to testing and release.
  • High degree of technical aptitude and business acumen; outcome-oriented with sound judgement.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management across teams, functions, and levels.
