Leadership Role: Strategic Project Management

We are seeking seasoned professionals with a strong track record in delivering complex, business-led projects.

These opportunities sit within our Business Transformation Office, driving strategic change across the organisation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, transparency, and momentum.

These opportunities play a pivotal part in delivering high-impact initiatives that support our strategic priorities. We are looking for individuals who can drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and have a proven ability to engage key stakeholders to deliver results.

About the Role:
  • Oversee the delivery of strategic initiatives within the Transformation Management Office, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Regularly evaluate progress against goals and KPI's, identifying risks and proposing mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with teams to synthesise challenges, prepare decision making options, and escalate critical issues as needed.
  • Create comprehensive progress updates and materials for monthly forums.
  • Lead the facilitation of key decision forums and ensure timely and well documented communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders in assigned initiatives, ensuring strong alignment and collaboration.
  • Act as a bridge between the Transformation Management forum and delivery teams, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Prepare content for key strategic communications, including Board presentations, investor updates and CEO-led forums.
  • Partner with Change Manager and People and Culture to establish effective change management practices for sustainable outcomes.
  • Monitor, evaluate and share insights on change adoption and impact, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
About You:
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in project management, delivering business-led projects preferably within a Retail or transformation context.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High comfort in ambiguity and ability to engage key stakeholders to deliver results.
  • Strong bias to action.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels of the organisation.
  • Comfort with data, ability to quickly and effectively complete data analysis tasks, both regularly and on an ad hoc basis.
  • Experience using portfolio/project management tools.
