They are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Project Manager to lead a project in the Adelaide Metro area.

As a key member of their team, you will be responsible for the full life-cycle of the project from site set up through to full handover to the client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, manage, and execute projects from planning through to handover.
  • Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Lead by example and foster a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to senior management and clients.
Requirements
  • Proven experience delivering complex construction projects valued at $50M+
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
