Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process across various roles.

Your main objective will be to manage the day-to-day running of our talent acquisition function. This includes leading, coaching and developing our in-house talent team members. You will also manage onboarding, employment contracts, compliance and recruitment related systems.

You will partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to plan and deliver great hires. Your role will involve running a smooth talent function - from resource planning, requisition through to offer and onboarding. Additionally, you will own talent reporting, driving process and operational improvements from data driven insights.

We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition. You should have exposure to hiring a broad range of roles and ideally some experience with blue collar hiring.

A strong understanding of employment contracts, awards and onboarding compliance is required. Experience working in a fast growth business, preferably a start up or an operational business, and high volume hiring is also essential.
