As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our customers.

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our flagship products Agrimaster and Wagemaster.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers through various communication channels
  • Identify and upsell subscriptions and services to customers, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
  • Execute and test product releases, ensuring seamless delivery to customers
  • Develop and maintain high-quality help content, ensuring easy access to information for customers
  • Represent the company at industry events, promoting our brand and products
Requirements:
  • A minimum Certificate VI in Business and/or Accounting (or equivalent work experience)
  • At least one year of experience using accounting and payroll programs (e.g., Xero, MYOB, Sage, Agrimaster)
  • Proven ability to handle high volumes of customer queries, including help desk support
  • Experience with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk) and CRM tools (e.g., Dynamics, HubSpot, Goldmine)
