Key Responsibilities
- Procurement & Logistics: Manage equipment, materials, and resources to ensure projects stay on schedule. Oversee procurement and logistics for seamless project delivery.
- Quotations & Tenders: Generate and review accurate quotes to win new business. Collaborate with clients on custom scaffold plans and site assessments.
- Project Management: Lead projects from acceptance to completion. Manage team schedules, prepare SWMS, and ensure seamless coordination.
- Operations & Scheduling: Maintain a forward-looking work schedule and coordinate staff rosters. Oversee stock control, gear movements, and ensure efficient yard operations.
- Safety & Compliance: Drive safety initiatives, risk assessments, and ensure compliance with WH&S legislation. Maintain high safety and quality standards across all operations.
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a strong background in scaffolding and team leadership. A High Risk Work License, Working at Heights ticket, and valid Driver's Licence (HR preferred) are essential. Great communication skills and proficiency with computers are also required.
