As a Graduate Mechanical and Piping Engineer:

  • Prepare engineering calculations for hydraulic and conveying systems, as well as static equipment such as tanks, pressure vessels, bins, and chutes.
  • Develop project standard specifications and design criteria.
  • Prepare scopes of work, technical specifications, and data sheets for mechanical equipment with input from other disciplines.
  • Manage packages throughout their entire life cycle, from specifying requirements to completing technical bid evaluations and expediting and reviewing vendor data.
  • Collaborate with designers to provide engineering input to 3D model and drawing development.
  • Respond to technical queries raised during the construction phase and commissioning of systems on site as required.

You bring to the role:

You have or are working towards a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a strong academic record. You'll bring leadership and teamwork skills, advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to think laterally and innovatively. Flexibility to travel and work in locations within Australia and internationally is a bonus, but not essential.
