The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Staff Supervisor to join our team in Port Macquarie. This role will provide support to the Depot Manager in day-to-day operations, including managing non-dispatch issues, assisting with service delivery functions, and ensuring compliance with licence regulations.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Be the primary point of contact for all non-dispatch issues within the depot.
  • Assist in the day-to-day management of service delivery functions, including rostering and incident management.
  • Ensure compliance with licence regulations in Hive (Rostering system) and follow up with staff as required.
  • Investigate and assist the Depot Manager in managing occurrence reports, inspector reports, accidents, and customer feedback.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated Operations knowledge or understanding, including service delivery, rostering, incident management, performance management, employee relations, complaint handling, work, health and safety, inclusion, and diversity.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills, the capacity to successfully deliver high-quality outcomes, and meet deadlines.
  • A keen eye for detail, meticulous with paperwork, and the ability to maintain focus under pressure.
What We Offer:
  • An estimated salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, based on experience.
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment.
