About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Data Driven Marketing Manager to join our team at Shaw Contract Group Australia. In this key role, you will be responsible for utilizing data analysis to drive marketing strategies and initiatives that help grow our COREtec brand revenues in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for sales and marketing initiatives using data analysis
  • Drive increasing business revenue, identify and develop new opportunities, and build/expand the presence of the COREtec brand in Australia
  • Analyze Sales data to gain insights into sales performance, trends, and patterns
  • Evaluate market response to refine sales and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness
  • Collaborate with the Australian sales team and COREtec marketing teams across the world
  • Establish communication channels and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand marketing needs and create strategic marketing plans

Requirements:

  • A college or University diploma or equivalent is required
  • Bachelor's degree in a Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Marketing discipline
  • 2+ years of marketing experience with a focus on sales data analysis
  • Strong modelling techniques and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions
  • Knowledge of resilient flooring including: LVT, WPC, SPC required; COREtec experience preferred
  • Experience managing corporate partners and design firm relationships
  • Ability to travel to Europe and New Zealand

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is around $120,000 per annum, plus benefits including domestic overnight travel up to 60% and international overnight travel up to 10%.
