- The role of the Marketing and Data Analysis Manager for Shaw Contract Group Australia is to use data analysis to create marketing tools to help grow the COREtec® brand revenues and increase profits in Australia and New Zealand. The Marketing and Data Analysis Manager will develop and execute strategic plans for sales and marketing initiatives using data analysis. The Marketing and Data Analysis Manager will work with the Australian sales team as well as with the COREtec® marketing teams across the world.- Job Duties:- Drive increasing business revenue, identify and develop new opportunities and build/expand the presence of the COREtec® brand in Australia-
- Analyze Sales data to gain insights into sales performance, trends, and patterns-
- Establish communication channels and maintain relationships with key accounts to understand marketing needs and create strategic marketing plans-
- Track new trends, recommend products and services, propose and develop new strategic partnerships-
- Develop sales and marketing dashboards and analytical tools-
- Collect and analyze sales data from various sources, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms Develop and maintain data models to support sales analysis-
- Use knowledge of the latest AI and data synthesis techniques for generating marketing insights-
- Make and give presentations to Architects, Designers, and Flooring Distributors, and develop marketing campaigns that meet the needs of these specific audiences-
- Present marketing opportunities to the business and help to develop marketing strategies-
- Setup and execute marketing strategy tailored to the preferences and trends of the Australian and New Zealand markets-
- Liase with European COREtec® brand leaders and product development teams to communicate Australian needs-
- Evaluate market response to refine sales and marketing strategy to increase brand awareness-
- Develop and strengthen internal and external relationships that will lead to increased market share- Qualifications:- A college or University diploma or equivalent is required-
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Marketing discipline-
- 2+ years of marketing experience with a focus of sales data analysis-
- Strong modelling techniques and analytical skills with demonstrated ability to find solutions without specific step-by-step instructions-
- Knowledge of resilient flooring including: LVT, WPC, SPC required; COREtec® experience preferred-
- Experience managing corporate partners and design firm relationships-
- Ability to travel to Europe and New Zealand-
- Domestic overnight travel up to 60%-
- International overnight travel up to 10%-
- Ability to speak Dutch preferred-
