We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Leader to drive our customer experience strategy forward.

This pivotal role is responsible for the ideation, human-centered design, and delivery of digital and physical experiences across the entire customer journey.

As the Design Lead for Customer Experience, you will oversee all design-related activities within our Group Customer division, including service design, experience design, and UX/UI design.

You will develop and execute a design strategy that aligns with our company's vision and goals, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and innovative design approach across all products and services.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Expert in design and app development with a strong knowledge of consumer and business products, services, channels, and customer behavior trends.
  • In-depth understanding of commercial operating models, customer segments, strategic objectives, and plans.
  • Proven ability to build influential networks and relationships across the organization to achieve enterprise outcomes.
  • Familiar with architecture, technology platforms, and applications.
  • Experience in design software tools such as Figma and Adobe.
  • Proficient in strategic planning, consulting, business design, design thinking, customer experience, agile coaching, and creative problem-solving.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with experience in building and leading high-performing teams and coaching for business design capability.
  • Extensive experience in leading strategic planning and thinking, business design, and customer experience functions in large, complex, and commercial environments.
