Your Role as Home Manager

As the Home Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and achieving continuous improvement, ensuring a supportive environment for your team, and driving the facility's success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Daily clinical and operational management
  • Analysing and implementing best practices for continuous improvement
  • Preparing forecasts, budgets, and managing expenditure
  • Fostering strong communication within a multidisciplinary team
  • Utilizing excellent knowledge of Aged Care funding models (AN-ACC)
  • Maintaining high occupancy levels within the facility

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bachelor of Nursing with current AHPRA Registration
  • Demonstrated experience in Health or Aged Care Management
  • In-depth knowledge of Aged Care Legislation and Funding Model
  • Proven experience managing teams and creating a supportive environment
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current C Class Driver's License
