Job Title: Event Management Professional

They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.">

Key Responsibilities:

">Oversee all aspects of event planning and execution, including logistics, catering, AV, staffing, and décor.Liaise with clients to understand their event needs and provide tailored solutions.Coordinate all aspects of event planning and delivery, ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely completion of tasks.Manage event bookings and details using current systems, maintaining accurate records and run sheets.Assist the F&B Manager and Assistant Manager with operational duties, including managing a team of skilled bartenders, chefs, and food attendants.Supervise event staff and ensure smooth and efficient event operations, working collaboratively with the Operations Team to ensure seamless execution.Maintain accurate records, prepare post-event reports, and oversee sales activities, including responding to inquiries and preparing proposals and contracts.Ensure all events are executed in line with quality, safety, and customer service standards, identifying and resolving any event-related issues or challenges in a timely and effective manner.">

Required Skills and Experience:

">Proven experience in event coordination or hospitality/event management, preferably with some experience in a supervisory or leadership role.Strong administration and sales skills, with experience in preparing proposals and contracts.Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Strong Food and Beverage service skills and product knowledge.Proven ability to lead and motivate team members, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure.">
