We are seeking a high-performing Sales Automation Professional to drive revenue growth in automation solutions for mobile and fixed plant applications, with a strong focus on mining clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to expand automation sales revenue for both mobile and fixed plant applications.
  • Collaborate closely with existing customers to capitalize on established relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Focus primarily on mining clients to enhance their operational efficiency through innovative automation solutions.
  • Engage with clients in the defence, agriculture, power generation, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
  • Work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and service team members to win full turnkey projects, ongoing service work, and component supply opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in automation.
  • Provide technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development within the automation industry.
  • Strong knowledge of hydraulic and lubrication systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Willingness to travel across Australia as required.
