This is a full-time opportunity to support and manage the maintenance team with labouring duties associated with general maintenance activities, ensuring the facility operates efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a dynamic team to provide reactive and planned preventative maintenance services.
  • Maintain homes to the highest standard, working to established best practice guidelines.
  • Collaborate with contractors to ensure all work meets compliance requirements and industry standards.
