Key Responsibilities:

- Execute a variety of lawn and garden maintenance tasks, including hedge trimming, pruning, planting, weeding, mowing and whipper snipping.
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the company's values to clients.
- Embrace learning opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge.
- Showcase a strong work ethic, resilience in all weather conditions, and a positive can-do attitude.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in lawn care, gardening, or landscaping is advantageous.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Possession of a valid manual driver's licence is essential.
- Willingness to obtain an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Ability to commute to our headquarters in Suffolk Park, NSW (5mins to Byron Bay).
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
